The Lloyd Center for Trauma-Informed Leadership is the home of the research-driven TIL Impact Framework™, developed by Dr. Rebekah C. Lloyd, a combat veteran, leadership scholar, and adoptive parent. Rooted in her doctoral research and lived experience, the framework emerged from a desire to lead differently—by honoring the whole person, not just their performance. The Lloyd Center equips leaders to foster safety, resilience, and belonging in every workplace through evidence-based practice and compassionate strategy.

Our mission is simple: transform leadership to better serve people who’ve lived through adversity—because healing leadership creates thriving teams.

"Dr. Lloyd is truly remarkable. Highly recommend to learn cutting-edge approaches to leadership."

Hi, I’m Dr. Rebekah C. Lloyd.

I am a leadership scholar, combat veteran, and founder of the Lloyd Center for Trauma-Informed Leadership. With a doctorate in strategic leadership and a deep passion for helping people heal and lead well, I created the TIL Impact Framework™ to equip leaders with tools for resilience, empathy, and long-term impact. As a solo adoptive parent, author, and speaker, my work is grounded in both research and real-life experience. I believe leadership can be a force for healing, and I’m committed to helping others create teams where people feel safe, valued, and empowered to thrive.
